When: Sunday afternoon, October 28th, 2007
12:30 P.M. Registration -- All candidates must have 2007 3rd degree card.
1:00 P.M. Exemplification
1:30 P.M. Ladies Program
4:30 P.M. Ladies join in Knighting Ceremony
5:00 P.M. Social
6:00 P.M. Dinner (Roast Pork / Chicken Dinner)
Where: Christ the King Parish Center

Cost: $65 includes candidate's meal or $85 with wife / date. (Tuxedo purchase / rental is extra).
There is no charge for priests either for the exemplification or dinner. Meal for
non-candidates is $15 or $25 with wife / date. All reservations, both exemplification
and dinner, must be sent by Wednesday October 24th.

Ladies Program:
There will be a special program for all ladies attending that day.
Dress:
- The official dress for the Fourth Degree Exemplification is black tuxedo, black bow tie,
white pleated shirt, black shoes & socks, a black cummerbund and white gloves.
Contact me for tuxedo rental / purchase information.
- Religious members or members of the armed services may wear their clerical garb or
dress uniform respectively.
- A tux is expected for any current 4th degree members coming to the dinner.
To qualify for the Fourth Degree, one must be:
- Over 18 years of age
- A citizen of the United States
- A Third Degree member in good standing for at least one year.
- A practical Catholic in communion with the Holy See.
- Have a Fourth Degree Sponsor.
- A completed Application Form 4, available at the Exemplification.
